Yoga Therapy for Cancer Recovery: Meeting of the Minds
A cross-disciplinary workshop to bring together health professionals and yoga instructors to exchange information about cancer treatment and learn new ways to help support survivors through alternative treatments.

Yoga Bear invites you to a special workshop where health professionals and yoga instructors will come together to share information and expand on their knowledge of cancer and its treatment options. This is a true meeting of the minds, where two seemingly different approaches to cancer treatment can come together to share knowledge and experience so that as a community we may better serve those dealing with cancer.

There will be informative discussions from professionals in each approach, a panel discussion with Yoga Bear participants, and meaningful dialogue between the two groups. Participants will come away with a greater understanding about cancer and its various approaches to treatment, along with a deeper understanding of the emerging field of yoga therapy.

Please take advantage of this unique opportunity to meet new people from both the professional health and yoga community, exchange information, and learn how to better serve cancer survivors in our community.
